Improving our community one resident at a time
It all started with a slumlord
During his younger years, Nathan lived in a duplex where he had a terrible experience with a “slumlord.” The landlord provided terrible service to the residents and neglected basic requests to improve the living conditions. Nathan could not believe that a landlord could be so neglectful toward the residents and get away with it. It was this bad experience that drove him toward real estate. Nathan came to understand that by owning and managing more properties, he could reduce the number of individuals dealing with problematic landlords.
Since then, Nathan has spearheaded a thriving property management business with properties throughout Central Texas, East Texas, and Mississippi.
Julie became interested in real estate after Nathan introduced her to the industry. Despite the fact that her background is in design, she was fascinated by the concept of using real estate to create long-term wealth and cash flow. In 2013 Julie and Nathan invested in their first duplex property that continues to provide maximum cash flow. Julie currently oversees all creative aspects of the business including marketing, space/building renovations, interior design, and all digital/web design.
